1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ScamSonar scanning engine ("Service") operated by EarnMoreCashToday ("us", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
ScamSonar provides an automated threat intelligence tool designed to scan public domains and output a forensic risk footprint based on technical indicators. We do not guarantee the structural validity of the "Trust Score," and the results generated are for educational and advisory purposes only.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials and engine on ScamSonar's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Attempt to rapidly scrape, decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
- Utilize the API endpoints outside of the graphical user interface without explicit permission;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the generated reports;
4. Limitations
In no event shall ScamSonar, EarnMoreCashToday, or its suppliers be liable for any financial damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the scanning results provided by this platform, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
