2. Description of Service

ScamSonar provides an automated threat intelligence tool designed to scan public domains and output a forensic risk footprint based on technical indicators. Please note that we do not guarantee the absolute structural validity of the "Trust Score." The results generated by the scanning engine are provided for educational and advisory purposes only and should not be taken as definitive financial or legal advice.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)

To maintain ScamSonar as a free service for the community, we participate in third-party advertising programs, including Google AdSense.

• Ad Interaction: You agree to interact with advertisements fairly and organically. Automated clicking, bot traffic, or any artificial manipulation of ad impressions is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from the Service.
• External Links: ScamSonar is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or claims of any third-party websites linked through our advertisements.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials and engine on ScamSonar's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Attempt to rapidly scrape, decompile, or reverse-engineer any software contained on the website.
• Utilize the API endpoints outside of the graphical user interface without explicit, written permission from the lead developer.
• Remove any copyright, watermark, or other proprietary notations from the generated forensic reports.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall ScamSonar, EarnMoreCashToday, or its suppliers be liable for any financial damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or monetary loss due to scams) arising out of the use or inability to use the scanning results provided by this platform. This limitation applies even if ScamSonar or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the ScamSonar engine after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
